837 So.2d 612 (2003)

Lester GRAY, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

February 21, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Lester Gray, Florida City, pro se.

No Appearance for Appellee.
