CASANUEVA, Judge.

D.M.C., who was a passenger in a car in which marijuana was found, appeals his juvenile adjudication on two counts of possession of contraband, contending that the evidence did not support a finding of constructive possession. We agree and reverse.

The bulk of the State's case against D.M.C. consisted of the testimony of the arresting deputy, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputy Andrea Wolford....
