Plaintiff, Patricia Hynes, who was injured by a runaway horse while attending activities sponsored by the Clay County Fair Association, appeals from an adverse summary judgment in her action against the fair association. Patricia's husband, James, has joined in the action seeking damages for loss of consortium.
