INTRODUCTION

The office of the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court filed amended formal charges against respondent, Stuart B. Mills. After a formal hearing, the referee concluded that Mills had violated the Code of Professional Responsibility and recommended that Mills be suspended from the practice of law for a period of 5 months.
