CARLEY, Justice.

The grand jury indicted Quinton Ross and two others for malice murder, felony murder, armed robbery, robbery by sudden snatching, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm by a person on probation as a felony first offender. The trial court directed a verdict on the robbery count, and the jury acquitted Ross of malice murder, but found him guilty of the remaining counts. The trial court entered judgments of conviction only on the felony murder...
