The State charged Katherine Koczwara with unauthorized possession of a driver's license in violation of section 322.212, Florida Statutes (2001), based on her possession of two driver's licenses with altered license numbers. Koczwara's motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4) to dismiss the charge was granted by the trial court based on its conclusion that section 322.212 does not prohibit the possession of a driver's license...
