CANEY of CHERRY HILL, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1980, and who thereafter was temporarily suspended from the practice of law by Order of the Court filed November 4, 2002, and who remains suspended at this time, be disbarred based on his disbarment by consent in Pennsylvania...
