Appellant Dr. Philip Bobo appeals his convictions for conspiracy to defraud the United States and any health care benefit program, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1347(1), and attempt to defraud any health care benefit program, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1347(1).
