Appellant Betty Mason ("claimant") injured her back and shoulder on August 26, 1997. Thereafter, she reached maximum medical improvement ("MMI") for her back injury on December 20, 2000 and she reached MMI for her shoulder injury on January 3, 2001. On March 13, 2001, claimant injured her ankle. The parties stipulate that the ankle injury arises from the August 26, 1997 industrial accident.
