On January 17, 2002, a jury in the Circuit Court for Cecil County convicted Ted Aaron McCracken, appellant, of carrying a concealed deadly weapon. The court sentenced appellant to a term of imprisonment of three years, with all but fifteen months suspended, and three years of probation upon release.
