This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Cecilia Daigle, from a judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendant, Marcia Vanderpool, finding that the lease entered into between them on June 26, 1992, was valid only with regard to the primary term of ten years and that, at the expiration of the ten-year period on June 26, 2002, it was no longer valid. The judgment also decreed that Cecilia Daigle had no other right to remain on the premises owned by Marcia...
