Dee-Dee Cab, Inc., petitions for review of an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) that denied Dee-Dee's petition for reconsideration of a previous order denying Dee-Dee's application to expand its taxicab service to encompass a larger area in the City of Philadelphia, more specifically the Philadelphia International Airport including airport terminals.
