This case returns to our Court on remand from our Supreme Court for consideration of two issues not addressed in our previous unpublished opinion per curiam:

Specifically, on remand, the Court of Appeals shall consider defendant's alternative argument that the damages award was based on improper speculation about policy renewals, and plaintiff's cross-appeal [sic],[
