¶ 1. This is a divorce action brought by Gloria Reed against Matthew Reed on the grounds of habitual, cruel and inhuman treatment or, in the alternative, irreconcilable differences. The chancellor granted her a divorce on the grounds of habitual, cruel and inhuman treatment. Feeling aggrieved, Matthew appeals.
