This appeal challenges a trial judge's grant of summary judgment in a proceeding to enforce a contractual obligation to repurchase a loan. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

On September 10, 2001, Ginger Mae Financial Services, L.L.C. (GMFS) filed this petition seeking a judgment requiring Ameribank, FSB, a federal bank domiciled in West Virginia, to repurchase a loan. On November 30, 2000, GMFS and Ameribank entered into a "Correspondent Loan Purchase...
