A jury found Appellant guilty of delivery of a controlled substance, and the trial court assessed his punishment at thirty years of confinement. On original submission, we reversed Appellant's conviction concluding that the trial court erred in conducting a jury shuffle sua sponte after the conclusion of voir dire and that the aggrieved appellant need not show harm.
