This action arose from a dispute between Plaintiff Ana Armendarez, a former employee of the Glendale Youth Center, Inc. ("GYCI") and the GYCI Board of Directors ("Board"). Plaintiff filed a Complaint against both the GYCI and the individual members of the Board claiming unpaid wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"). 29 U.S.C. § 201.
