Defendant, Michele Williams, was indicted for the unlawful use of weapons (720 ILCS 5/24-1(a)(4) (West 2000)) and unlawful possession of firearms (720 ILCS 5/24-3.1(a)(1) (West 2000)) after a .38-caliber revolver was found in the trunk of her parked car at Hinsdale Central High School.
