This case is before the Court following our remand for further consideration in light of our decision in Commonwealth v. Glass, 562 Pa. 187, 754 A.2d 655 (2000), where this Court held that Article I, Section 8 of the Pennsylvania Constitution does not categorically prohibit the issuance of anticipatory search warrants.
