Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of forgery in the second degree, in satisfaction of a three-count indictment. After waiving his right to appeal, he was sentenced as a second felony offender to a prison term of 2½ to 5 years. Defendant appeals, contending that his plea was involuntary.
