STEPHENS v. STATE

No. 1D03-2876.

861 So.2d 520 (2003)

Lonnie J. STEPHENS, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

December 18, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Lonnie J. Stephens, pro se, petitioner.

Charlie Crist, Attorney General, and Philip W. Edwards, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for respondent.

PER CURIAM.

Lonnie Stephens seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the trial court to terminate his probation because he has fulfilled his restitution obligation. We deny the petition without prejudice to Stephens filing a motion to terminate his probation in the trial court upon the completion of the incarcerative portion of his sentence and the commencement of his probation.
