Keydrum Blue (Blue) was charged by information with robbery with a firearm (Count I), burglary of a dwelling (Count II) and resisting arrest without violence (Count III) resulting from a bank robbery and the subsequent series of events occurring on May 5, 1999. In February 2000, based on a court ordered evaluation, the trial court found Blue to be incompetent to stand trial.
