Defendant received approximately 203 parking citations for violating a one-hour limitation on parking in designated spaces on a street near her place of employment in downtown Monroe. Judgment was entered against her in the amount of $6,995. Defendant argues that the municipal parking ordinance that prohibits parking in violation of the posted time limit cannot be enforced against her because she is a disabled driver entitled to the protection afforded...
