Michael D. Hosack pled no contest in the district court for Thayer County to attempted criminal mischief pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 28-201(1)(b) (Cum. Supp.2002) and 28-519(1)(a) (Reissue 1995), a Class I misdemeanor.
