The victim of defendant's crimes obtained police assistance in removing defendant from her home. These convictions for robbery in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree are the result of defendant's conduct when he forcibly reentered her home later the same day. Defendant was sentenced as a second felony offender to prison terms of eight years, two months for the robbery conviction and 2 to 4 years for the criminal mischief conviction...
