The statute in question, Maryland Code (1998 Repl.Vol., 2001 Supp.), Cts. & Jud. Proc. Article, § 3-8A-07 (Retention, termination, or waiver of [juvenile] jurisdiction),2 suggested interesting legal and policy questions...
