Two questions are presented on this appeal: (1) the sufficiency of the evidence to prove the intent to inflict serious bodily injury necessary to sustain appellant's conviction for aggravated assault under 18 Pa.C.S. § 2702(a)(2); and (2) the constitutionality of the trial court's jury charge premised upon 18 Pa.C.S. § 6104.
