Robert L. Dorminey appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). In his motion, Dorminey raises three claims. We affirm the denial of claim one, but we reverse and remand as to the remaining two claims.
