Reinee Hildebrandt brought this action against her employer, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources ("IDNR"), for sex discrimination pursuant to Title VII and the Equal Pay Act. She also brought claims against her coworkers and supervisors, in their individual capacities, for unequal treatment on the basis of her sex in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
