Defendant Baraga-Houghton-Keweenaw Child Development Board appeals as of right an order granting in part and denying in part its motion for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10) and granting summary disposition to plaintiff Office Planning Group, Inc., under MCR 2.116(I)(2). We affirm.
