FRY, Judge.

{1} Defendant appeals his convictions for four counts of trafficking in a controlled substance. We consider the effect of Defendant's failure to utilize procedures under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD) on the Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial. We hold that, under the circumstances of this case, Defendant's delay in exercising his rights under the IAD does not weigh against him for purposes of his speedy trial...
