This case arises out of an accident that occurred in September, 1998. HDM Flugservice GmbH ("HDM"), Appellant, was taxiing one of its Bell 412 helicopters from its hanger at the Nürnberg airport when the wheeled landing gear's aft cross tube sheared off at the left mounting bracket. The rear of the helicopter fell to the ground, causing damage to the helicopter's fuselage...
