Charlie Reese, Jr. never received the raise he claims was due to him after he had worked six months for Ice Cream Specialties, Inc. (ICS). Reese says ICS did not award him the higher pay rate because he is African-American, and he sued for discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. See 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The district court granted summary judgment to ICS, holding that Reese's claim was untimely...
