The Workers' Compensation Judge ("WCJ") found in favor of the employer, Bridge Terminal Transport, and against the employee, John H. Alphonso. Specifically, the WCJ denied Mr. Alphonso's benefits and found that Mr. Alphonso forfeited his rights to workers' compensation benefits under La. R.S. 23:1208.
