Following trial, the jury in this case found Defendant Everett Lee guilty of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241(c). Defendant moved at the close of the government's case and again following the jury verdict for a judgment of acquittal under Rule 29 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
