This appeal arises from the entry of a summary judgment in favor of Cavalry SVP I, LLC ("Cavalry"), in an action to recover from Carolyn A. Ayers $13,543.33, plus interest and costs, allegedly due on a credit account.

The facts in the record on appeal indicate the following. A credit-card account with U.S. Bank was opened in the name of the appellant, Ayers. U.S. Bank provided credit for the purposes of allowing the cardholder to make purchases...
