¶ 1. Bashir Al-Fatah, also known as Fasaha Al-Fatah, was convicted of burglary of a dwelling and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the Circuit Court of Lowndes County. He was sentenced to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the burglary conviction and ten years for the aggravated assault conviction with the sentences to run concurrently.
