¶ 1. Carl Musgrove was convicted of sexual battery and sentenced to serve a term of fifteen years' imprisonment. He appeals asserting that the Circuit Court of Harrison County erred in denying his motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV), or in the alternative, a new trial. Finding no error, we affirm.
