[¶ 1.] On March 2, 2001, Cheryl Duran and Timothy Duran entered into a Stipulation and Agreement for a divorce. The Stipulation and Agreement divided the parties' property and debt. Most of the marital estate subject to division was invested in Enron Corp. stock, which was held in Timothy's employer's stock and savings plans (the Plans).
