ANNUNZIATA, Judge.

Ronald Michael Carfagno was convicted of two counts of felonious and unlawful assault and battery on victims selected because of their race, in violation of Code § 18.2-57(B). On appeal, he challenges the legal sufficiency of the evidence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
