Defendants Cummins Engine Co., Wartsila NSD North America, Inc., Cummins Wartsila Engine Co., and Case Credit Corp. (collectively "Cummins") appeal the district court's denial of their motion to stay a case pending arbitration and to compel arbitration. Inland Bulk Transfer Co.
