THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Raymond Johnson's Motion to Suppress [Doc. No. 26], filed January >6, 2003. The Court, having considered the motion, briefs, relevant law and being otherwise fully informed, ruled at the motion hearing that the motion would be GRANTED. The Court now sets forth the bases for its prior ruling in this Memorandum Opinion.
