In this appeal, we define the elements for an intentional interference with contractual relations claim, specifically the elements of knowledge and intentional acts.

FACTS

In 1951, Norman Kaye acquired 152 acres of undeveloped land (the property) in Silver Springs, Nevada. The property is adjacent to the Silver Springs Airport, which respondents Hale and Kay Bennett principally own through Silver Springs...
