Defendant appeals as of right following his jury trial convictions of involuntary manslaughter, M.C.L. § 750.321, burning1 a dwelling house, M.C.L. § 750.72, and two counts of burning other real property, M.C.L. § 750.73. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of six to fifteen years' imprisonment for the involuntary manslaughter conviction, six to twenty years' imprisonment...
