This is a will-contest case involving the disposition of the estate of Hurley Nash, who died on January 13, 2000. A holographic will that Mr. Nash wrote in 1994 was admitted to probate. This will, however, lacked a residuary clause; this lawsuit is between several of Mr. Nash's intestate heirs and some of the named beneficiaries.
