Turner Transporter, Inc., et al., surface freight equipment transporters (lessors), filed suit alleging an intentional breach of contract against Miller Transporters, Inc. (Miller), a certified motor carrier. Lessors demanded compensatory and punitive damages, as well as attorney fees.
