Defendant Jose Luis Olivas-Sanchez pled guilty and is no longer urging the Suppression Motions. Defendant Fernando Gonzales-Barrera ("Defendant"), however, joined (Docs. # 34 and # 42) and continues to urge the Suppression Motions.
