NUNC PRO TUNC MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VRATIL, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought suit against defendants under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that they violated his constitutional rights by denying him adequate medical care and through use of excessive force. On January 17, 2003, the Court awarded plaintiff actual damages of $15,000 and punitive damages of $30,000. This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Application For Attorneys' Fees
