Gurmeet Singh Malhi petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") order denying his asylum, withholding of deportation, and Convention Against Torture claims. His claims are supported by his testimony concerning a series of arrests and beatings by police in India attributed to his membership in a dissident political organization.
