RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Cynthia McAllister (McAllister) sued her employer, Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company (Transamerica), for failing to pay overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219 (2000). Finding McAllister exempt from the FLSA's overtime requirements, the district court1 granted summary judgment in Transamerica's favor. We affirm.
